Since the 15th of April 2019 the 

Vereinigung Berliner Strafverteidiger e.V. and the FU Law Clinic »Praxis der Strafverteidigung«

offer legal consultations for recipients of a "Strafbefehl" (penal order).

The consultation is a free, personal conversation led by lawyers and supported by students.

This doesn't lead to an engagement of the lawyer. 

The consultation takes place on Mondays and Thursdays from15.00 to 18.00h.

Right now the consultation is only possible in German. Please bring someone who can translate, if necessary. 

It's also necessary to bring all relevant documents.
